WHAT IS WITBIER?
Witbier is an effervescent wheat-based Belgian style beer. Its cloudy appearance and very pale colour are a result of lack of filtration and being brewed with high levels of wheat malt and raw wheat or oats. Wit is always spiced with brewers preferring coriander and dried orange peel. A unique yeast strain provides a signature spicy character to the beers.
