Flavour
Bold and robust, roasted malt takes center stage, unleashing waves of espresso, cocoa, and molasses. The influence of the cognac barrels is unmistakable, nuances of raisins, figs, and dried cherries impart a subtle sweetness, balanced by a gentle warmth from the cognac’s elevated alcohol content.
